Waxed Paper Fritillary Workshop

There is a long tradition of making paper flowers, once known as 'Parlour Art'.

Join me, Gretel, to learn how to make realistic paper fritillaries.

We will make several flowers, stems and leaves, and then dip them in natural beeswax, adding both depth of colour, and longevity.

The finished flowers will then be placed in a vintage terracotta pot, or birch wood stump for a rustic feel.

No previous experience is necessary, just nimble fingers!

All materials are provided, along with a homemade lunch, hot drinks and cake. Cost £85

My workshops are intended to be a day of floral creativity with like minded people.
